I agree whole heartedly, however, Bush sent a lot of "stimulus" checks to those who have never paid a dime of tax. Oboy will not be the first to do so.

Not stimulus checks, routinely people under a certain income level that pay zero in income tax get checks from the IRS!!!!!!!!!!
