An economy still stumbling toward recovery was not enough to sway the Federal Reserve, which defied market expectations Wednesday and said it will not begin pulling back on its monthly asset-purchasing program.

We had our house appraised yesterday...I hope they hurry Hum Actually, the appraiser told me that the appraisal guide lines are tougher than they were say even 3 years ago. We just had an investor buy a semi-custom tract home down the block make some minor upgrades and "turned" 25% in about 9 months.

I heard this morning the inventory of houses for sale went from 3700 a few weeks ago to 6900 now.
People that realize what is coming are trying to sell now because with all the foreclosures coming on the market prices are going to tank in a hurry.
I wouldn't believe one word of what a RE agent or an appraiser tells me at this time.
