Went to the airport today and bought 100 LL to race this weekend. Cost $5.20 a gallon. Bought diesel on the way home $5.30 a gallon. Go figure.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

By design, Kari Lake wasn't lying when she said Biden and his cast of radical left satanic cohorts are aiming to destroy America.

This is old news, have you heard about famine or fertilizer to grow food?

Is that alarming? How much diesel is typically sitting around?

Perhaps the oil industry is adopting Lean manufacturing principles.

Considering the fact tanks and military vehicles run on diesel, a bunch more than 25 days.

Also considering the strategic oil reserves have probably all been but sacrificed by now, probably 25 days worth.

I'm guessing of course. *You will own nothing and be happy* < when this went from covert to overt, it should have told you things weren't going back to normal..

Fake News and I don't worry about what I can't control.

Be more concerned that Putin will use tactical nukes on Ukraine or that China will invade Taiwan both of which will result in a US military response.

In the meantime, I'll keep filling my pickup and motorhome with diesel.

Yep

I'd say that is inevitable, and as soon as nukes are used, NATO will do nothing which will give China the go ahead.

Hey, lets pretend we're at odds with china after passing the laws which made them an equal superpower.

How naive would that be?

china is the model state.

Using the word compassion in china will get you locked up, and your organs harvested if you don't repent for using the word compassion.

Sounds like a rough neighborhood don't it? I listened to a Australian lady who got herself locked up in china this past weekend on a podcast, 2 hours.

Yeah, she's a little ticked off.

There is only one thing worse than high fuel prices.

That would be no fuel available.

Hope it doesn't come down to that, but if it does, things are going to get very interesting in this country.

We're using more diesel than we can produce. Therefor, we have to import the excess. We won't be getting any from Russia or the UK. We'd better make America Great Again.

That's cheap for 100LL I paid 7.25 a couple of weeks ago.
Makes you wonder how suddenly we can't produce enough diesel, plenty of crude and prices are down.
