I'm pretty sure there was another thread on this but I can't find so I'm reposting it here (sorry).
What is everyone doing for trailer lighting interior and exterior?
I found this company called Kingpin Lighting that I think I will use for the interior and maybe exterior. They seem sturdy, 12V, bright, diffused.

AlaskaracerI got some LED work light fixtures from Costco and put those up...been working perfectly since 2014 and are bright as hell...outside I don't worry about since racing at night has never really been an issue for me...I just used really bright drop lights when needed for that.

EmanI did the same as Alaskaracer. Costco 4' LED fixtures and I surface wired for 110v switching the outlets that the LED lights plug into. For outside I just have cordless droplight, don't plan on doing much outside in the dark at the track. I do have outlets on the outside of my trailer if I did need to plug anything in.
