What is everyone using for wheels?

I will be putting these on mine soon. I did have to bore them slightly to put a 3/8” id bearing in them.

Curtis, thank you for your responce. They claimed a gain of .001-.002 in the 60 foot.(didn't believe it) but, decided to try them. Yes, .001 is what it did consistantly. More important, it is much easier to read the hit on shoe polish and it seems the car goes straighter on the initial hit. Hope this answers your question.

I was sort of hoping for a little more, maybe a .01 to get me into the 4.82 - 4.85 range.

I'll probably need to invest in a blue bottle and a C02 cannon chute release to get me there and stop in time.

I still have the original wheels off the Moroso bar set I bought about a 40 (no joke) years ago.

Absolutely Dave.

My experience has been that if you are in the high 4's you are probably north of 136, you will need at least one chute. Mid to low 4's probably two, anything faster you need a visit to a psychiatrist (someone who examines the grey matter between your ears).
