I made two partial runs, enough to tell the car will be a good package, and it is stout.

I have a few new car bugs to work out, more soon.

Larry do you already have a license or are you trying for one.

Foot,

The partial passes were because I had a fuel system problem. It has now been corrected Smile

Any pictures leaving? I enjoyed this thread and build. Thanks for sharing. Good luck on the truck.

Can you drive it in or are you winching it in the trailer?

We can do it either way. I am too old and fat and stuff to get out once inside, so I use the winch. Other team members who are younger and thinner drive it in and hop right out the window. It must be nice to be thin and young.

You didn't have to remind me. My windows don't roll down so I'm all in with the winch.

Larry,

Since we had the discussion earlier in this thread about steering wheel releases, I just saw a link to a new style. I don't know anything about it but it looks interesting and I thought I would post it up here.

I am going to be purchasing a disconnect this looks interesting. Would love to hear a real world review.

The Motion brand looks like a good piece, and I will buy one for my next project.

The Alston design I have on the Lamplighter is also good. With each piece, I like the idea of a "coarse" alignment spline because it is easy and quick to find the sweet spot.

I'm on my second one of the Alston Chassisworks version. I will probably try this one if I need another one.
