https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CD..._dt_b_fed_asin_title Not battery powered but easier than lifting the jug. I bought one of these and used it on the 55 gal barrel and it worked well. I had an old fuel jug cap that I drilled out and adapted the pump to and it worked. Only problem was holding the jug while I cranked especially when it was 1/2 full or less. A simple cart might make it easier. I am planning on buying the Harbor Freight battery powered one just for my lawn mower and tractor cans, my shoulders are hurting.

I adapted the Vevor pump. Problem with the Vevor pump is they don't use standard pipe thread. It's an odd fine thread on the fittings. I taped a 3/4" PVC pipe fitting with teflon tape and it threaded into the pump with no problem. Made a PVC pipe that fits through the jug cap. It works well but is top heavy and it's hard to hold the jug still while cranking. I was at HF today and looked at the battery powered pump. The pickup tube is only 13" long so it's not going to go deep enough for a fuel jug.
