We have a G2 which is right at 7’ long. Would like to get a new or newer cart. Maybe be electric. But we have 7’ max to use in the trailer. Is there anything on the market at that length? It’s nice having transportation for 4 people and shade and a tow vehicle when needed.

My EZ-GO is 8 ft, Club Car is about the same.

We didn't have a lot of room in our TD trailer for a golf cart in the past.

A picture that shows what we did to remedy the problem is available, but it is a major pain to post one on this site.

Two scrap 6" wide aluminum channel stock with the wheels attached were fabricates for the front and back of the cart. Used race wheel lug nuts to attach it to the through bolts we put on the chassis.

A little time at the beginning and end of the race to take them off and later put them back on, but it now fit sideways at the back of the trailer.

Today, we rearranged the trailer and put the TD in backwards with the frontend all the way to the right side of the trailer and now can just drive the cart close to the left wall and strap it down.

A lot cheaper than buying a new trailer!

David G...Did your Wing have to come off to Back it in Far enough to fit the golf cart??.

No problem.

There is at about foot of height between the top of the wing and the ceiling of the trailer.

We store the car in the trailer forwards when we are home, with the cart [with a cover] stored in the breeze way nearby.

Wish I could use those options. The location of the onboard generator and cabinets and two dragsters leave few options. And dangit if this aging golf cart isn’t shorter than anything new is.

There is also a 2 seater Golf Cart out there. Lady from Louisiana running Stock had one. Neat little thing..
