Fully setup and ready to use....does bumping the shift point selection button(s) in error cause the unit to send a pulse at the new rpm? If so is there any work-around to "lock" the unit so that rpm settings cannot be changed? | ||

If you have the Elite switch, it looks like you need to press the Select Shift button to turn the top LED on, and then one of the Change Number buttons. Seems like it would be odd to do those two things accidentally. I have the old RPM 1 Shift, and just short pressing a button will change the value. If the RPM number on the screen changes, I assume the shift will happen at whatever RPM is on the screen. Tony Leonard | |||
