This thing got a cool 40 laps put on it yesterday testing Goodyear & Mickey Thompson tires.

Went 4.42 157 in the heat of the day on a Mickey Thompson BBGR hybrid radial like nothing.

Went 4.41 on a Goodyear radial 33x10.5 doorslammer tire like nothing.

Dude said the BBGR will take over every tire when it comes out. Fast tire. "Throw whatever you want at it".

Shortly following the Big Bubba Grande Radial 2.0 release, figuratively speaking, there won't be a Hoosier left in the parking lot.

Dude said he threw the kitchen sink at it first hit on the tire, went down like nothing in the heat of the day, 4.42 157. No wheely, 1.03 short time.

Adam Penske's, Ray Miller 4 - link.

Most will use what ever works best but some are stuck on same thing and will never change.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

If the tire is as good as being reported, it'll be a bolt on and go for those still running traditional gearing. It'll be super fast for these people.

I always assumed it was solely centrifugal force (rpm) which determined converter slip.

There's another element though, the path taken to said rpm, be it progressive (bias) or linear (radial).

It'll be interesting.

Same size.

I'm fairly certain they have Orlando SpeedWorld prior to Bradenton tests.

They're going through the gambit of potential cars in the Big Bubba tire market.

No growth, set aside gear money.

I moved 3 gear ratio's in and out of my third member playing around on radials last year testing during competition, 8.5" wide tread tire.

They're weird if you're accustomed to bias tire growth/data.

I think they'll et better and go down like butter, with a hair less mph than a bias tire.

Super stable smooth ride tires - radials. I like em.

People with traditional gearing (the majority) gonna fly on the tires, better effective back half gearing.

First thing to do is loosen rebound way up on the rear shocks.
