Belt i have is a 345 L 050. I know what the 345 and the 050 stand for, but the the middle character mean? HMMMM

It’s the series and I believe it calls out the width of 1/2”

There are XL, MXL, H and more letters for the series.

As Curtis said, L is the 3/8 pitch series.
So, 34.5" overall length x .375" pitch by .5" wide
