radracing_K273Chassis certification
I recently picked up a car that was being redone and not certified. Is there a person or resource to find specific rules on cage certifications before I waste the time and money hauling it to get certified?

deuce7194I believe the specs for an 8:50 cage are in the NHRA rule book. Faster than that and you need to determine what spec you're building to and purchase the spec book from SFI Foundation.

FootlooseI would PM David Covey. He is a tech inspector and Knows this stuff. Plus I would trust what he says.
