He would check the pressure and run pump if needed until he got the pressure he wanted. He used the air for his tires and to hold his clutch pedal down until delay box released. Get this the working pressure on pvc is like 275 psi at room temperature.

I believe that is the working pressure for schedule 80 pvc....for liquids only. PVC is not rated for air pressure.

I stumbled across this thread looking for the preset co2 regulators someone had found. I have my regular regulator for the throttle stop and shifter. But I need to regulator that down in line to about 30 psi or so. I haven't found anything reasonably small and reasonably priced yet. I'm sure some racer has run across something.

Bought this past winter... Nice system and never need to worry. Air in Lanes for tires also if needed.

I got the Viair 10000 system, and all I had to do was add a regulator and I also bought a 1/2 gal tank instead of using the 1 gal just for saving a little space. I wouldn't use CO2 ever after having the compressor and I also ran a line to the rear tires for emergency adjustments.

Have you considered a savair regulator? https://store.epsgroupllc.com/...regulator-231as1230/

Without data, you’re just another guy with an opinion.

Here are all the parts I installed on my car last year. I added a regulator inline to the SLE and do not regulate the air for tires. I have a hook up (bulkhead fitting) under the rear bumper. I keep the coiled up air hose behind the drivers seat so I don't have to open the trunk to fill the tires.
