Any one else having issues with Impact safety equipment? I called March 23 to see what was required to send in a -15 suit for re-cert. Talked to a fellow named Matt who gave me a return number to attach to package for tracking and they should get it inspected and returned within 2-3 weeks, When inspection was complete they would call for CC info and return suit to me. I called to verify they had received the suit April 14th which they had and I was told they were really slammed and there was only two people working and one of them spent most of the time on the phone. I called again April 22 to see how things were going and was told they were waiting on my call to give them the CC info Gave them the info with Matt telling me I should have it in a couple of weeks. My CC is debited on May 4 for the re-cert and shipping. No suit or information. Called today May 13 and again spoke to Matt asking where or what happened to my suit. He looks through his files and says he will have to go out to the shop to get the latest update and he will call me back. That call was at 1:00 O-clock here in AZ. No return call. So needles to say I'm a bit frustrated over this. I see that every one is getting the sorry it is on backorder messages on parts from the mail order stores as well. So is this the new normal? Socialism 101? OK rant over. Bruce Lee Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

I get and have experienced your frustration with other companies. Stroud was no issue and turned around my belts in 5 days. For some reason it seems that some companies like the one I work for have continued business as usual through the rona. Others have been brought to their knees either by lack of materials or lack of people coming to work. I hate to think that the people inspecting and repairing race suits are making minimum wage and make more staying home on unemployment than coming to work. But I'm not sure how Impact is as an employer. Also geographic location in our country and especially proximity to metro areas certainly affects the entire rona discussion. Out here in the sticks, we have been going in and out of resturants mask free for months....for as long as they have been open at least. Big chain restaurants have their own rules, and I can avoid them. We have also been going outside mask free for the duration of this pandemic thingy. Science must be different in the cities. Parts were tought to get last summer, and seem to be equally impossible this year. Hopefully this will impact buying decisions of both the consumer and the companies making these products. F*** Impact... I won't buy anything from them ever since they screwed me (and others) a few years back when they had that recall by offering me a 20% discount on a 13 month old suit after the NHRA deemed them unusable. Billy Duhs - BD104X@gmail.com

I've dealing with Stroud for several decades and never had a problem. If they say it will ship in three days, it does. Bob

Well just to add to the mystery/drama I just called and got a recording that there hours are M-F 7 4:30 and that I could call the Calif office for more information. So I called the Calif number and get the same recording. Bruce Lee Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

They are part of the California cartel. You will get what you want on their time and not any sooner. I avoid any way I can from dealing with any company in Cali. Sucks you are having issue and hopefully get your stuff back soon.
