MSD just came out with the new Ultra-7AL version of the 7AL-3 (7330). This one still uses chips, includes a second RAS, ouputs at same 160mj and can increase to 330mj (when selected) if used with the MSD 82612 coil.
After seeing this new (less expensive) Ultra-7AL, I wouldn’t doubt that the 7330 (Black box, upgraded in 2012) will be discontinued in the near future.
I believe this new ignition could possibly be made in China. The country of origin should be listed on the packaging box or ignition box if not USA made.

This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.
