With all the different heads out there that makes sense but it's not rocket science. There are only two holes per head that need a small diameter washer, easy enough to do some customer adjusting.

maybe my problem of the engine builder used the wrong washers cause some are tight in the pocket and some studs look like they was modified or cut off

yup, wasn't that big of a deal to cut down 4 washers. Other then the 4 washers the kit from ARP works perfect.
