Just trying to help a friend. He has a small cubic inch twin turbo motor in a 4000 lbs car with a 400th trans. His converter builder has missed the stall speed 3 times now, sent them Dyno sheets and data from a couple of passes. Engine doesn't make much power below 5500. Should it be this difficult to get a converter built to stall 5500 on minimumal power and still not blow through once the boost really takes off?
