My Yancer had a 9 1/2 gearset in it when I bought it. I downsized to a 9" only because I changed ratio's and didn't think I needed the 9 1/2. probably moot to discussion cause mine is a fabricated 9" housing. Just putting it out there to let folks know 9 to 9 1/2 gear is direct swap at far as center section. Dave

| Got my Motive Gears today. I'm pretty happy I got some old stock. 1 set is dated 2014 the other 2017. Italy made. Pre pandemic so maybe that's a plus on quality. 9.5 are rated at 33% stronger. They're also back cut lightened and have radiused gears on ring gear. Nice stuff. SL... |
