Is it just me or is everybody getting ads all over the screen from a place called AdChoices on this site?

I guess I missed the heads up from him that his site would be jacked up with ads from now on...

It's fine if he wants to make a buck on his site but at least don't just throw it out there and hope nobody notices.... oh well, if I don't like it don't click on the BrktTalk icon lol

Nothing for me but I use AdBlock Plus and uBlock.

Still get all the paid banner ads at the top but those shouldn't be blocked.

Now that you mention it, I don't get the ads at home and have Ghostery. And there is the little icon saying that is blocked 7 ads.

Ever since the winter back ground went up,the main page is all the way to the right. Ads don't bother me at all. Have to slide it center.

I'm thinking Ashley Madison must be the default ad. That is what I was seeing here also, and I have never been to their website.
But my ol' lady sent me a link about an hour ago, for some bedding or comforter she wants to buy from Groupon. I looked at it, replied to her she can buy whatever she wants. Now all the ads popping up on this site are Groupon, showing the same darned blankets. Sheesh.
I guess I need to visit some other sites, with content I am interested in, then come back here and hopefully the ads will be more interesting.

The one that gets me is " meet black girls " I dunno but somehow I don't think porno advertising is working out too well

Chrome was letting them through as "notifications" on my computer. Had to go into settings and block them all. Some extensions will allow them through and couldn't be blocked.

The adds are targeted based off of your browsing history. If you are getting the Ashley Madison and “others” then you may want to do those types of activities on a different device.

True, our home tracks website was hacked and it redirected you to a Viagra ad for a day or 2. So now I keep getting ED ads popping up on my computer.

I understand that. But I don't go to that website nor anything like it on my work computer. That said, I don't get it anymore.

The Adds are one thing. Wait till you start getting texts(Bizarre) on your phone. I was sitting down at dinner. WTH, who is texting me now? Something like, Mounting her on the stove. I never clicked it.. Only use the cell for weather reports and calls. Someone got my number somehow.
