You need some new material there old man.

One thing you’re right about is that you have more experience than I do. You’ve been racing for 50 years and have nothing to show for it behind the wheel there boomer. **** I probably have more wins and than you do and you’ve been racing 10x longer. I’ve noticed in all your yammering that you’ve never posted any of your racing history or wins. Because you’re a big mouth that hasn’t done shyt or won shyt like you say others are. You had to put your kid in the firebird to try to get that to turn a win light on but the result was the same, rods out of it. And I’ll say it again since you clearly love saying the same thing over and over again and again, 3 months later and still not fixed. You’re some hardcore racer, not even a spare engine or the ability to get yours fixed in a timely fashion Big Grin

Just pulling the puppet’s strings Chuck. It’s so easy! The responses are just about as predictable as when someone brings up the cone incident. Big Grin

Just got in from the US Nationals.

Once again, this sackless keyboard cowboy who's got a big mouth talking about me banging away on his keyboard but when he sees me, when he's 5 feet away from me all he can say is hello, continues with his clueless assumptions and misinform.

You guys can run what ever brake fluid you want I simply do not care. But I will say,
Mark Williams says "Never run DOT 5 Silicone" Their words not mine.
Wilwood does not recommend DOT 5
TBM recommends DOT 5.1
Brembo does not recommend DOT 5

No manufacturer that I know of uses or recommends DOT 5.

With that said if you change all the fluid every year you will probably never have a problem so you do what you want no need to get in big pi$$ing contest over nothing.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Agreed. Several good options and yearly flushing is a great idea.

Thanks, I am a believer in humility of one's self. I try and practice it. I guess the antithesis of this would be:

The most ignorant people I know, think they know all there is to know. USA

I really enjoyed the psychoanalytical dissertation explaining the norms of expected adult human interaction. Not worthy Great read for sure.
Sadly, many a well meaning well adjusted human has attempted similar interventions, to no avail. You would do better reasoning with a jackal. The result would be similar. The response is similar to throwing chum in shark infested waters. No surprises.
I for one do all in my power to avoid vexations to the spirit. When I am accosted by distasteful individuals, I have turned away the instant I realized who they are. No dignifying hello is offered.

Truth is, there's no predicting what unbalanced people are capable of. And I don't want to find out what I'm capable of.

RIP

Thanks......Probably extremely sound advice that I should follow. I figured I would try, alas it was to no avail. I will try to refrain from further interactions as suggested.
