Why don't someone make a notched brass Float? I have been running a brass float in the front for years with alky without problems.

Just use the flat jet extensions.
Manipulate the float hanger if required to maintain proper float drop opening of the needle.

Might try that if I can find tubing that will fit the alky jets. I'm getting lazy in my old age and don't want to swap out floats 2-3 times a year.

I have also seen a pair of jets with a small diameter tube soldered to them, they worked.

These should clear. I run them but I have a dual needle bowl so no clearance issues for me to say if they do.
