More info would definitely be good but I’d probably start at 7200, then try 7000. If it didn’t improve there, try 7400.

My 555 with dart pro2 380, RM 565 cam, alcohol carb and 6500 stall seemed to like 7400. It's run in the 7.40s at 1975lbs.

This one is short on camshaft and probably the heads- Brodix BB-2 with some pro porting.

Convertor is 6200, on an alky 1050 and shifting currently at 7000. Thought that might be a bit high. Car weight is 1590. I add 225 to that number.

Pretty simple, let the time slip tell you! 7000 sounds like a reasonable starting point. Go up 200, if it MPH's better then go another 200 until it stop gaining MPH or go down if needed. If your racing 1/4 mile them pay attention to your 1/8 MPH, it will effect this more than the 1/4 MPH.
