Plan on going through the car to tighten every bolt on the engine and drive train after every race or every other race.

IF you must do that, finish line RPM would be the target.

Why, do you use a certain burnout rpm? This is meant for everyone.

I do a high gear (powerglide) burnout for a 3 one thousand count at 4,500 rpm. Why, I believe the little to no load on the motor during the burnout is not the place for high rpm. I don't know whether that's right or wrong but it's why I do it.

Goodyear racing tire engineer told be you want the tires to get to finish line RPM sometime during the burnout.

7200 with a Grid. Always in 3rd with a th400. The other gears are for driving the pits or starting line launch not burnouts.

I like to burnout so the finish line RPM target is not a problem.....
