B KINGWhy, do you use a certain burnout rpm? This is meant for everyone.
I do a high gear (powerglide) burnout for a 3 one thousand count at 4,500 rpm. Why, I believe the little to no load on the motor during the burnout is not the place for high rpm. I don't know whether that's right or wrong but it's why I do it.

GoobGoodyear racing tire engineer told be you want the tires to get to finish line RPM sometime during the burnout.

markemark7200 with a Grid. Always in 3rd with a th400. The other gears are for driving the pits or starting line launch not burnouts.
