This jr. is driving me crazy. Varies about .1-.15 between runs. If you can help or are willing to help, please do. References are also helpful. We've lost 1st and 2nd round last two times out. It's getting very frustrating! Thanks, Matt Ward | ||

First of all, maximize your rpms. Spin it as hard as you feel safe. Next, make sure your tune up is spot on. Not much room for error on a single cylinder. If your not good at reading plugs, get out your laptop and start looking for tutorials. Next, your driver needs to learn how to race the finish line. How is your driver staging the car? We found that these slow cars really get effected by how deep the car is staged. If he stages deep it can slow down by a couple tenths, likewise for CHT especially on gas. What shockwave setup are you runing, spring and ramps? | |||

what size motor is it? how fast are you running? what is the EGT as they are staging what RPM are you setting them at what is EGT at finish line? what is RPM at finish line? Where is the run changing at when it swings by a tenth? mostly in the 60? all the way down track? etc? are the MPH pretty consistent? | |||
