We try to keep our launch rpm on the lower side for full tree/bracket racing a SBC. Our old NA set-up mostly used a 2,800 launch rpm & that was with a 5,900 rpm convertor. The car ran 6.20s/9.90s. We primarily use launch rpm to adjust reaction times. 2BKING 1980 Camaro Taking the Best Working Small Tire Shyt Box & making it Greater Than Before! 3000 lbs. Pump Gas 436 | |||
