World offers 10.200 55mm cam billet cap std cam location and .904 lifter bore. Dart offers big m2 10.200, 10.400 Std cam, billet cap .847 lifter bore.
I ordered the Dart ProM 10.600 .904 raised cam and have been told they may not offer pro block that was 10.200, 10.600 +.600 raised 54mm cam billet cap. Would need to be taken to 55mm for camshaft availability.
Why wouldn’t either of these build a 10.200, 10.250 and 10.400 using raised +.400 cam 55mm billet cap .904 lifter bore.
Is it so the machine shops get the labor to option the 55mm and .904 machining?
Seems if I was in marketing I would offer a better platform to direct to customer sales.
My suggestion would be 10.400 raised .400 cam 55mm .904 lifter bore with billet caps. I guess I’m dreaming that anyone cares what would be a better option without increased machining cost.
