97 S10 door windows. Has anyone every replace the glass with lexan where they would still roll up and down? I really don't know if it's even enough weight to mess with.

The door glass is not flat but doesn't have much of a curve either so I bet it's possible to do lexan and have it roll up. The glass is not very heavy though so probably not worth the effort.

I disagree on the worth. How much weight do you save when you find 50 1lb savings? It all slowly removes et and stress. JMO

My s dime has electric glass windows! Go thru finish line, make sure win lamp is off/broken, roll both windows down and breath a sigh of relief i dont have to make another lap in this heat.
Probably gonna stick with glass. The doors on the truck have been completely gutted and has lexan riveted in. Looks like crap and i'm to old to be hot. lol I have another set of doors for it.
