Meziere transpan. No extra pump, heat exchanger or lines.

Meziere Tech.
Make sure your water pump is on whenever you check your coolant level.

I put the 2 12v red tops in last night. After some testing I think this will be a winner. Car cranks like the 16v, quick. Voltage while cranking only drops to 11.9 and holds even if cranking for long time. Put on so fans and pumps for 10min. Lowest it got was 11.9, and still cranked motor over quick and several times. Shut everything down and battery went back to 12.2. cranked it several more times.

Put everything on with the new roll around charger and at 40amp the racepak is showing 12.4v. turned everything off and it sent to 13.1v with no charger after few minutes of charging.

Now just need to turn turn the alternator from 18v to 14.7.

Your last idea sounds good. It has to be simple if you are going to be able to focus on winning in my opinion. I took my trans temp gauge out of the cab of the truck so I couldn't see it and installed a 180-degree thermostat on cooler lines and 180/0n-175/off fan thermostat. 17 runs doubled and the highest trans got was 200 that I noticed when adding fuel. I put the trans temp gauge in back, one less distraction when pulling out of the lanes (going to run it anyway, right?) Sounds like you had a great weekend, congrats!
