60x40, back wing 25x40, machine shop 20x40. 16ft ceilings, bathroom 10x10, storage closet 10x10.

Smart board lower 8ft, metal upper.
Underneath the walls are 2x6 horizontal bookshelved every 2ft. Insulation between. Ceiling is perforated metal with vapor barrier, and blown in insulation. Perforated because it acts like a huge sound dampener. Cuts way down on echo.
