Helping a friend install an EFI system on a 300 straight six. Have been told it is OK to place the intake block in a front to back position, so as to not make hooking up the linkage a problem. My question, will this affect how the engine will perform. Now, the carb sits fender to fender so the linkage attaches to back of carb. any advice helps.
