I have a good friend who just replaced his 1050 Dominator on the 496 in his Camaro with an AED 930 and picked up a solid 2 tenths. Maybe that 1050 wasn’t tuned right but the engine sure liked the change. Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right. Here I am.......

If the carb is too big, the vacuum signal will be weak and will affect the throttle response. Tony Leonard

Depends on your intake flange too, some don't have room to run an adapter for the 4500 series carb. Alot of people can screw up a very well tuned carb also 4150 or 4500 style.

No adapter on that AED, it was sent back to them and they put their dominator flange on it so it’s a direct bolt on. Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right. Here I am.......
