If making them why not do both? Then make shot with both and see what it likes. IMO you do not need bigger ones.Look at older TA/D cars the blower cars that is. Go on FB look around in TA/D group .

I'm not sure how much difference they make, but mine are not small but not large.....my car is 257" and weighs about 2k-ish or so right now. I can tell you that it's very stable, but when there is a cross wind, I KNOW about it.....
