I am about to pull the trigger on a Renegade Verona 40VHB. Anyone have any experience or watch outs for me on this thing? Low milage 20k. I feel its a good price in comparison to others. Looks brand new, few of the beds still have the plastic on them. Couple without kids or animals had it.

if it doesn,t have aquahot that is a big plus along with light switches and no touch screen pads. the 8.9 has good power and a small ecm tweak can take it to 450hp and 1250 torque which provides great towing. absolutely great units.

i had a local independant repair shop reflash pcm and i added a scanguage monitor. it was a more economical way to go than buy a tuner and freightliner was too high.

Picked it up Friday in Indianapolis and stopped at Summit on way back for quick break. Love driving it so far!

Luckily I only neeed and sleep about 4 hours a day and still find time to work on all my own stuff and race with my kids as much as I possibly can. This rig was bought in anticipation of my middle son graduating med school and getting back to racing with me - need stacker vs taking two vehicles and trailers everywhere.

I don't care if it costs 5,000 or 5,000,000.00 it's not something I even considered. I'm just tickled for you getting what you wanted.
Editing this to say though, Ski, posting a picture of you having enough money to go by Summit after buying it is just rubbing it in our faces though.

Pulled my 32ft trailer last night for the first time and to test things out. Fully loaded I had to make sure it was still connected a few times because the Rig certainly didn't struggle in any way shape or form.
The turning radius of my C5500 Super C before was far superior though, and this thing while being 8ft longer doesn't back up with trailer and track as good as the old girl did. That thing I could shoe horn into some of the tightest gas stations. Granted blocking half the parking lot up - but that will be nice with this to just roll into the diesel pumps where there is more room and not congest and shoe horn it and trailer into places.
First trip will be to Dragway 42 this weekend for small $2k race.
