As I've stated before, I am using CCP and Performaire PC. I have never used, nor even seen the Family Software. It sounds like a great product run by great people, because I always hear great things about both. That being said, I have zero complaints with my setup. I can't possibly imagine any other product out there that will track weather and predict any better than what I have now. I have had a few minor technical issues over the years, and Don has ALWAYS been able to walk me through the problem over the phone. He seems to always answer when I call, even if its to say "hey, I'm about to put my helmet on and make a run, I'll call ya back".
It's hard to make a product and provide a service that EVERYBODY is happy with. If CCP has over 15,000 customers, I'd say he's done a pretty good job of both, and I'll continue using what has worked for us for many years.
