Do you know if he has the Slimline or Panelite lighting package? Slimline pkg (standard) are long line rear lights and Panelite pkg (this is the lighting upgrade) are oval shaped rear lights.

Oval shaped lights. When his first couple burned out, they sent new ones without any problems

A ATC is an identical trailer my 2010 axle mounts cracked over the years very cheesy design but a simple fix an could have been easily prevented if they would have spent $100 on some aluminum brackets

Like JR said, Intech will take care of it.
Some of you followed the last trailer repair here. One of my buddies in stock keeps his operation at my place. His all aluminum LQ 2019 Intech had structural issues. 5 months out of warranty. He had estimates, structural engineer came out, insurance company etc. Intech did all the repairs under warranty. I was impressed! In a timely manner also.

Crawl under and take a look at the mounting brackets where they are welded to the frame. The issue is really obvious. Plate welded to frame rail. No gussets or support. As Whomp said, it's a simple fix if you have an issue.
