Have a 3 year old and 10 year old truck, what are you using to slow down rust(I live in Pa. ) probably to late for undercoat, some guys use stuff called fluid film up here,I think from NAPA. I used to spray motor oil on and in body and frame with good results. Thanks

That works for the rust that is under the truck. But the rust that gets the rockers and fenders etc....undercoating doesn't do anything for that. You have to get up in the drain areas to get behind the rust prone areas.

Another issue that happens with chronic rusters is that water gets trapped in certain areas. With or without salt, trapped water will accelerate the process.

I have never tried the oils that you spray up in the drains. Although I have certainly considered it. Might be just the thing really. I imagine the process is a mess.

Bucky the stuff I get mine coated with isn’t messy at all, I just drop of my truck in morning and pick it up after work. Big Grin
They do drill some holes to spray certain spots in the vehicle and the stuff that drips in your driveway won’t hurt blacktop or concrete.
