Currently running a 23.5” tire on a spindle. Anybody have experience if I were to change to a 24.5” tire if there is any MPH or ET to gain? The larger tire should have a lower rolling resistance. Car goes ~175 mph.

It would not make a very big change at all. Would change reaction time some, ET just a little and Probably not even be able to tell any MPH difference. https://postimg.cc/gallery/np3zpruo/ "Dunning-Kruger Effect" -a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. I went from a 23” to 29” and was surprised how little the reaction time was affected. My footbrake truck does yank the tires into the air pretty quickly with a 15.3 SLR (2.48 X 6.17 gear on 33” tall big tire). Mike Allred

And much of that can be controlled with front tire pressure. https://postimg.cc/gallery/np3zpruo/ "Dunning-Kruger Effect" -a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability.
