Triple Nickel4 Vane enhanced design Moroso vacuum pump. Currently on a 250 blower without issue, had the same setup on the 14:71 565 motor 7/8 years back, 20 psi boost max. I've seen it be successful at 25-30 psi of boost on a 509/14:71 combo I worked on with a friend. He ran it for several years no issue.
If you can't get enough vacuum turn the pump a little faster the pumps are OK up to 4000 RPM pump speed, you risk blowing the vanes out if you spin it faster than that. If you still can't keep at least some vacuum they moroso offers a promod vacuum pump thats alot bigger than the standard ones, never had to use that one though.
