Yep, people wanted him gone. It's quieter all right but you have to admit he kept things livened up a bit. LOL

He kept people angry...viewers love a good internet fight and ED was constantly in one or 7 at a time...

Some miss him...many don't.

Badazz video IMO

Don't miss him at all......

And board is slow because we are out racing, watching racing, or doing what we gotta do!!!

With as much time as "he" spent on various boards, how did he find time to race????

More than 4 HP per cubic inch IS impressive in anyone's book, and it lives for more than five minutes at full throttle.

Yep, that's impressive.

Water cooled headers! Not sure why they went small on cubes, but the extra boost made it rock anyhow. 5 minutes is crazy. Wonder if it is challenging to keep the dyno water cool for that long?

I'm trying my darndest to keep up on the technology that is making its way even into bracket racing. Very challenging learning for me.

That was pretty cool.

As for the missing one I saw him banned from one of the last boards he was allowed on a couple days ago. LOL

In the 1980’s a local privateer Porsche race team used our shop for some machine work and eventually dyno testing. The teams head man went on to become president of Toyota Racing in NASCAR. He also worked for Rousch’s Turbo development team in Trans Am Racing.

The Porsche was a 924 4 cyl with a single turbo.

His best engine was around 130 cubes and made nearly 600hp.

That was 30 years ago.

I could not stay in the room next to the dyno when he was torturing that engine as it would be out on a racetrack. It was a Trans Am team and is still in existence.

Turbos are insanely powerful !!!

Let's be clear, you have to be a special azz h o l e to get banned from racing websites. Seriously if you have been banned multiple times from multiple race sites you clearly go out of your way to be an azz h o l e and did so by choice.

Make your bed and lay in it by yourself dumbazz.

If you disagree...its OK.

That is an impressive little motor and I do not know why everyone keeps bringing up the past BS. Move on we do not need that drama, name calling and BS.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.
