I am in need of rear axle bearing for 2014 Silverado with max trailer package which refers to rearend as 9.76 and can’t find any reference like that one line or on parts store computer so I need some help. I need to have the parts in hand before tearing it apart and working overtime so if anybody can help me out it would be great. The window sticker from when I bought it is where the 9.76 rearend info comes from. Thanks.

Sure its not a 9.75? What series 1500/2500? There a tag on the Diff. I see the 9.76 all by its self but in a kit. Looks like SKF list a 9.76 diff with a 9.75 ring gear. Run the Vin. Try this first with GM direct (VIN) https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ Then i can try to cross it. In SKF or Timken. This message has been edited. Last edited by: TD3550,

That sight list part number for bearing as 12479031 and seal 12471686 for seal. I believe it’s the 9.75 but when I was looking on parts store sights they were only listing 9.5. Thanks for your help!

It’s a 1500 truck and the 9.76 comes right off the window sticker option package.
