When changing rocker ratio say 1.7 to 1.8. Does the pushrod length typically change ? Thanks for any insight.

not usually....the pushrod cup just moves closer toward the pivot point (stud). Especially if the rocker is the same brand.
One thing to make sure you check is where the push rod goes through the head. Sometimes moving the push rod any amount may cause interference...

Thanks Dave. Now I can get my lazy butt to checking it. Put on light spring and check piston clearance as well. This season has been a don’t have motivation to race - travel or work on car.
