I've got a set on my mild 355 with a Howards solid flat tappet cam. Motor only has about 1,000 passes on it so I really can't say if they are any good.

I have their 1.55s on my 406. The polished version. 300 runs and still exactly the same 220 on the seat. Plenty good for the $259.00. Jok

Put hydraulic roller profile camshaft with solid roller lifters. I damn sure wouldn't do a flat tappet cam. They'll know which springs to send ya, they'll last forever nearly, with 450 open pressure (tight lash .008 cold). It works real good low buck engine builds to stay away from soft flat tappet cams & lifters. Respectable power too on pump gas, I used $200 PAC springs on this, Crower Lifters, Crower Hydraulic roller profile cam. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Mike Rietow,
