I purchased a set of wheelie bars used and they only came with one bolt. Can you use regular bolts ? The one that came with it is 3/8 by about 1.25 long. Just seeing if I might be able to get something local.

Nothing special in mine. They are in double shear so grade 5 or better would do it no problem.

I use grade 8 bolts from the local hardware store. Like Curtis said grade 5 is probably good, but the 8s weren't much more price wise.
