What's everyone running on their 20 degree headed 600+ cubic in big block chevy's? Looked at a few engine builders ads and they don't mention specifically what intake they are using. Thanks, Kris

BRODIX has just recently come out with a very nice one.....I’m hearing 20hp better than the dart..

Whomp is on it. That's what we are using is the New Brodix BM-2110-0. Some very creative minds behind this one. SL...

Dart??? I haven't seen one better than the SV632 Eddy's. AFR makes a decent one also.

DYNO showing 20 better as of now TOP....if you thought the dart was big....the Brodix is huge...

Which Dart intake are you talking about? If Brodix has come up with a better intake than the SV632, it would be one of their firsts..

Yes the 632...yes it’s a first for Brodix it’s impressive

Brodix Part Number - BM-2110-0 Is that an accurate part number for the brodix intake from Racer 990? thanks for the info guys!

OK OK OK stop the train..... I have a DART 20 degree head so my intake will need to be an intake that will work on any conventional head. Can't run a Brodix intake because Brodix Intake manifold runners are longer (flanges are wider) its unique to their 20 degree heads. Dart 20 degree heads run any conventional intake manifold for a BBC. Given my new restrictions, what now.....

The Dart & Brodix XX20 heads use the same intake, conventional BBC's. But they need additional rail spacers on the block and intake to account for the raise runners. Also Brodix did not relocate the bolt holes to account for the raise runners so you need to slot those intake bolt holes, but Dart did so no slotting required. To add to the confusion, Edelbrock now makes a specific Brodix SR20 SV 632 intake that has the holes relocated for those heads and also has the end rail spacer built into the intake..... I run a Pro20 combo and use the EDDY SV632 with block and intake end rail spacers. All works great. Train is rolling again

Yup part number is correct. Don't imagine it's listed yet. The production run just came from the foundry about 2 weeks ago. FYI - I have a brand new Edelbrock manifold for the 20 degree stuff I want to sell. $500 to your door. Save ya 150 or so. Holler if interested 208-739-2852.This message has been edited. Can you weigh that intake,,, it looks heavy. Also please post some pictures looking down into the plenum. thanks I will also add that this new intake is not 20 HP better than my SV632... If it really is that much better, then the Eddy is a POS in order to pick up that much HP and it is not IMO.

Nope - at my engine builders. Not that heavy. Certainly lighter than the other brand. All I can say is again there were some real good minds behind this manifold! SL...

so a year later and the word is this Brodix manifold is down 20-30HP compared to the Edelbrock and will be reworked by Brodix.

Not that I would have any use to it. Will not fit my Hemi's. But always reading post , if nothing else just for info. That thing looks like short tunnel ram.LOL America home of free. Brought to you by 2nd amendment.

I'm doing a set of DR20's and a Dart manifold for a customer. This is what Dart sent. It was pretty rough. Disappointed a little to be honest.

That intake looks like it could be a boat anchor, how heavy is it? I do know the Profiler deal works very good and their stuff is not heavy.

Exactly what I thought when I seen it. It could make 10-20 more hp and still be slower because of the extra weight.. . Dave F J B
