Who has the best SR20 intake out there for a 9.8 short deck?

Several in D3 that have the M&M and it put mph in the car. You could argue that a PROPERLY ported intake can do same thing and cost half as much tho.....

One in D1 as well that I know of.

My engine builder says I’ve got the right manifold for my combo and I’ve already got great mph.

Doesn't the Dart 20 degree head take a standard manifold?

Yes, but i believe you still HAVE to port match

as I stated, only brodix has a manifold for these heads that is bolt on out of the box

And out of the box is NOT going to get you the absolute MOST out of combo. But people dont like 1500 cost, on top of a 800 manifold to properly port a manifold.

agree to an extent, as in the brodix manifold does not need to be port matched like all the other options but the OP asked which manifold to buy, not about who to port a manifold which is a waste of $ 99% of the time for bracket racing.

The Brodix needs major massaging to compete with the DART…only reason Brodix is being used is supply issue…

Dart was never a consideration by Scott for my 648 engine. He chose the Edelbrock 2896 and fully ported it.

That said, I’ve played the intake swap and porting game on other engines and never saw anything on the time slip.

Uratchko Racing Engines is suppose to have a new design coming out but haven't heard much in the last several weeks about it.

I thought the Edelbrock 28978 fit the SR20 perfect. Proper holes, etc??

I had a Edelbrock on mine and switched to the M&M and saw zero improvement. Both were ported by Top38, so maybe he will jump on and elaborate.
