COMP CAM LIFTERS
Just went to send in my lifters for rebuild and they tell me they discontinued the service. One of the reasons I bought them is they are rebuildable. Really starting to wonder why I do this hobby anymore.lol

My brother does this with his Comp lifters. The down side is they would continue to rebuild and polish the lifter to the point that there was too much clearance to run. Now he's out the money of the rebuild and can't run the lifters.

I'll only have a set rebuilt once for this reason.

I guess it's time you went to a different lifter manufacturer.

I am using the Morel sportman pros. Very nice lifter for the money and can be rebuilt. I believe the next set for me will be Jesel simply because I consider them the pinnacle of valvetrain parts. I also like the DLC coating and they can be rebuilt. I just saw they are offering a bushing lifter now although I am a needle guy.
