No, but you’re living in a double wide because of your IQ.

It isn't slang it's the name of a product.

Of course you go straight to insults.

Not sure whether its legal or not, but i dont see the benefit when its accuracy is .01. And i dont believe its something you would easily be able to watch going down the track.

Kind of like the Matty Box. 30 years ago it would have been a huge deal. Now days, not so much.

Agreed and I don't think they are much better than 0.03 or 0.04....so I think this is the least of our worries from a cheating standpoint. There is a lot more worry with the legal equipment in cars now than this thing.

I think we should encourage this new way of losing. The only requirement is that you notify your opponent that you'll be using one and that you'll be watching it rather than your opponent. Stripe....what stripe?

Every season,I typically lose 5-6 races by .005 or less.
This is accurate to .01?
Wouldn't have helped me in those races.
I think a device that gives your opponent a .001-.009 redlight would be something that could sell.

You can not have any sort of GPS track positioning. With that said I do not see how it could be any help because I do not think you could concentrate on the thing and make decisions quick enough from that data to help.
You may be able to look at it AFTER the pass and compare to time slip but they will not be the same and not as accurate as the time slip.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

None of these electronic devices are illegal in time shots, only eliminations.

Might not be legal or that unit might be too hard to use in an 1/8mi. race but it does tell you the technology is out there. With the purses as high as they've ever been for bracket racing you know someone somewhere is playing with the technology.

Street outlaws and NT grudge racers use this device. Anytime you hear them reference a ET or speed after making a hit on the street this is what they are using. I hear its is pretty dang accurate for what it is, but in no way could you use it to look at and know where you are at on the track during a run.
