I have had oil starvation at finish line under hard braking. By the end of the run much of the oil is up top and when you hit brakes hard what oil is in the pan runs forward. Should never have a problem in 60 foot with a basically standard oiling system.

So a couple of questions? What pan? Do you have oil filter in standard location or does it use remote filter? You said Center Sump Hemi, I would think it should have a rear sump?
On SBC they are pretty bad about holding a lot of oil up top. Do not know about yours but if that is the issue it would probably be a problem near finish line and not in 60 foot. (IMHO)You could put drain back hoses in lower rear of the heads with hoses that go into the oil pan. Not sure how much that helps because of pressure, vacuum and oil weight. Could not hurt anything though.
Depending on your clearances you may need 20-50 oil? Who built the motor and what bearing clearances?
Do you have any Data Logger information to tell you exactly what oil pressure was through the run and in shut down?

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.
