the short of it is something is bound up or just too tight.50 lbs on a torque wrench should turn it.i hve made tools that boltto balancer ect to turn with.one or two rockers will make it hard to turn after all are on they help rotate the cam

So you can not run anything off front of crankshaft? Do you realize Cam, fuel pump, vacuum pump, Blowers,dry sump pumps, magnetos and alternators are ran off front?

I agree. You need to come try and turn mine over with 60mm more lift and more spring. Puts a hurting on a long Snap On ratchet for sure.
