I am wanting to change from a regular rad hose to the #12 steel breaded hose. That is a cool adapter. Lot easier then welding fittings on radiators and water pumps. | |||

On the welded fittings...do they slip inside the existing radiator fittings to be welded, or do the existing fittings get cut off and the AN fittings butt welded in place? I have butt welded fittings to the end of the outlets, I have also cut the outlets off and welded to the radiator tank both. The fittings welded right to the tank looks a little better but both function perfectly well. I have also machined special A-N fittings to weld on before. It all depends on what a guy wants.
